How much is a taxi from Bangkok to Kanchanaburi?
฿2,000 by sedan, ฿2,300 by SUV and ฿2,800 by van, per car, one way. The price is the same from a Bangkok hotel, Suvarnabhumi or Don Mueang, and expressway tolls are included. Pick-ups or drop-offs on the Thonburi side of Bangkok, west of the river, add ฿100–200.
How long is the drive?
About 2–2.5 hours from central Bangkok or Don Mueang (130–135 km) and 2.5–3 hours from Suvarnabhumi (155 km). Friday afternoons are slower.
Where does the driver meet me at the airport?
At Suvarnabhumi on Level 4 (Departures) at Gate 4, and at Don Mueang on Level 3 (Departures). The first 60 minutes of waiting are free, counted from when you land.
Is there a train instead?
Yes, twice a day from Bangkok's Thonburi station, about 3 hours, third class with fans. It is a good ride but it stops at Kanchanaburi station, not your hotel, and nothing runs from either airport.
How do I pay?
In Thai baht, in cash, to the driver at the end of the ride. Nothing is charged when you book and there is no deposit. If you can only pay by card, for example because you have not changed money yet, message us on WhatsApp or LINE and we send a PayPal payment link; a 5% fee is added.
Can I cancel or change the booking?
Yes. Cancellations and changes are free up to 24 hours before pickup; after that the fee is 25% (less than 24 h), 35% (less than 12 h) or 50% (less than 2 h) of the price, and 100% for a no-show — also when you pay the driver in cash. We charge the fee by PayPal payment request. A new hotel or address in the same area, a flight number or the number of passengers can be changed free of charge. Message us on WhatsApp or LINE to cancel or change.
Is the price per person?
No, per car: up to 3 passengers in a sedan, 5 in an SUV and 7 in a van.
Is a round trip cheaper?

Can you take us between Kanchanaburi and Hua Hin?
Yes, at the same fixed fare either way: ฿3,000 by sedan, ฿3,300 by SUV and ฿4,000 by van. It is about 235 km by Highway 323 and Phetkasem Road: 3–3.5 hours.
Can the driver take us to Erawan or Hellfire Pass as well?
Yes, as a day hire quoted by message. Send the stops and the date; national park entry is paid at the gate and is not part of the car price.
